Paint Your House Fast – Dulux Weathershield BackPack Roller
Time to paint the masonry of your house once again? It’s not the most pleasant of chores, and it’s either too hot, too cold, too windy or rain is expected shortly. You might want to get it over with quickly, then. That’s exactly what the Dulux Weathershield BackPack Roller System should help you to achieve, and they claim you can get it done twice as fast as normal.
Why It’s Clever and Easy
I would guess that most of you have painted walls or ceilings before and that few of you prefer this over a walk in the park, so there’s no need to convince you that it’s a chore. One of the things that makes it time-consuming is the reloading of the brush, letting it drip for a second to avoid using too much paint, and possibly running up and down ladders all the while.
The Dulux idea is quite simple: Put the paint in a rucksack and equip it with an electric pump that ensures a steady flow of paint toward your roller. The roller itself has a handle to control and dispense the flow of paint, giving a smooth, even finish. The whole thing is designed to work with the Dulux Weathershield BackPack Roller System Smooth Masonry Paint (I believe they pay these marketing guys by the word).
You can also buy accessories, such as an extension pole or an edging kit, to make the work even easier. You can see the “edging kit” at work in the movie below; I think I have such an edging kit already, but it’s a nice marketing name.
Here’s the commercial, makes you want to get started:

Tips
Apparently, the current system is designed only for outdoor painting; I haven’t yet seen an equivalent for the inside of the house – but I hope it’ll be on the market before I have to paint my interior again. Hurry up guys.
